Had to come to the emergency service because of severe pain, the entire team was very friendly, short waiting time, the doctor was able to help me quickly, the pain improved significantly, the ordination was clean, hygienic

1 star is actually too much ... when I read the reviews here I am glad that I just called and not been there. Oh and by the way to the extremely unfriendly lady on the phone! It is illegal and inadmissible not to treat pain patients and to say "by appointment only"

I'm not the type who likes to write negative reviews. So I'm trying to quote improvement tips here: 1) Being friendly would help. 2) Use dental cement instead of cavit would be more appropriate before a 20-day trip, otherwise the tooth will be broken. 3) A root canal after an X-ray on a tooth where "only" the ceramic inlay has fallen out is "covered" (here I thank God I refused).

Warning! This woman is a rip-off. She needs several unnecessary sessions for a simple caries removal and filling and requires € 15 in cash for stunning with a syringe (it still hurt like hell). Besides, she is rude, cheeky and shows zero understanding for patients. Her German skills are a joke anyway, which would not be so bad if she was a competent dentist, which she is far from being. She also insisted on doing a tartar cleansing because it would have been impossible to treat me, claiming more than 100 euros in cash. I got this service free of charge from my previous dentist. The practice is far from seriousness and reasonably normal customer service. Please take care and just avoid an appointment with her, because if you do not meet the deadlines she asks again money. Keep away from this woman.

I was on Saturday the 21.12.2018 with Mrs. Bandila in the night service. I had a molar that was half broken and the other half with root inside. Did I say that they understood 3 times x-rays and said that they see the jawbone even though it is half of the tooth? She cleaned it and gave painkillers sent me home very nicely. The next day I went to another doctor and she took half out. I had been in terrible pain. The doctor was very naughty. How can you be a dentist if you do X-rays 3 times and do not see it? They should not play games with their patients if they do not want to do a job then stop them. People are in pain and come to them and they are very naughty yet have no desire to treat. Such an impudence how can you be so cheeky and lie to other people even though they have x-rays three times what sisters they have. I do not recommend anyone to the woman Bandila.
