I came to this practice as a new addition for an oral hygiene appointment and I was looked after by a lady who was an assistant from GDR. Forester is. She telephoned several times during the treatment and sometimes left the room. Then she tried to sell me as many products from her catalog as she could. I bought a pack of dental floss that I had to throw away today because the quality of it was questionable. (unnaturally much friction between the teeth as well as very rapid wear in the form of cracks) also during the treatment it was mainly about selling other forms of treatment that are more in the direction of cosmetics than health (e.g. bleaching).

The doctor is very good and nice, she tried very hard and made a tooth very nice (in June or July) ... BUT !! The ladies on the phone are arrogant, unfriendly I called with, acute pain swelling (48 ne + VaRad.Zyste) and I was told that the last time I was in June or July and I will get the next appointment in 5 days! terrible pain I found another dentist ... unfortunately the reception ladies decide on acute patients ... best regards, zuzana Podrazilova

She is the best dentist in all of Vienna. I am so happy that I found this practice. Everyone is very kind and friendly. Waiting time almost nothing. I always pass without fear who I have a complaint with my tooth because I know I will be treated best. I can ONLY recommend it.
