Extremely unfriendly doctor! I had the wire glued in the lower jaw, in my opinion it was done pretty badly - the pointed end of the wire is still sticking out and it is really uncomfortable. Although I was told on the phone that I had to pay by bank transfer, she then insisted that I go to the ATM and pay in cash, which is why I ended up being late for work. Super bad experience, I have rarely been treated so rude! Two days later, three of the glue points are broken and the doctor does not feel responsible, even though her assistant stuck the wire on - who was not even sure whether she had removed the glue completely beforehand or could not even fix the wire independently before gluing it in place.

Super competent advice with explanations about how and why of treatment that are also understandable to laypeople. Holistic approach including the whole-body effects of tooth regulation. Empathic thinking with the patient in the interest of the patient; especially in children. Efficient scheduling; friendly team! - Highly recommended!
