Very impolite. Was very angry because I didn't want an injection. I have never experienced such behavior again, so rather the opposite of a recommendation.

Miss Dr. Krenn and her team are really friendly and hard-working. The ordination provides a fairly comfortable climate and is very hygienic. One is actively involved as a patient, thus always understands what is done and also what sense it has. There is no waiting time at all and as a patient you are on time for the minute, really great! Amazingly, I am already looking forward to my next visit to the dentist.

At the last preventive check-up of our children, a sealing of the molars in the amount of EUR 180 per tooth was recommended for our daughter. Since the teeth of our children are particularly important to us, we reiterated the opinion of Dr. Trust Krenn and have the first tooth sealed on the same day. In the course of several discussions within our circle of friends and acquaintances, we were made aware of an excessive price for this treatment. A short research showed that the average price is between EUR 30 and 70 per tooth. When asked about the glaring difference in price, the person on the phone compared the treatment with a purchase from Gucci or Kik. This statement is not only cheeky but unprofessional. Unfortunately, Dr. Krenn did not comply with our request for a call back to explain the qualitative differences in your treatment. At this point, no judgment can be given about the professional competence, since as a patient I usually rely on the relationship of trust between doctor and patient. This handling of a simple request disappointed us, which is why we decided to Krenn will no longer visit.
