There are not as many minus stars as this "doctor" deserves. For two weeks I have been suffering from acute, everyday toothache caused by inflammation of the gums near the root. The problem goes back to the middle of March, when a molar had a root canal treatment and was never properly filled. For 6 months. Because of the Corona Lockdown measures and the Kolleratal damage. All dentists had to work up patients since March and could not accept any more patients and I had lost confidence in my doctor due to the failure to provide assistance with acute inflammation and severe pain. Now today, September 16, 2020, at 11:15 a.m., I had an appointment in the group practice for dentistry Dr. Peter Dobida and Univ. Doz. Christoph Pertl in Brandhofgasse 24/1. At about 11 am I entered the ordination, showed my mask release certificate, this was copied and then I was asked into the waiting room, where a doctor attacked me minutes later, that I should leave his ordination immediately. Because my certificate is a paid certificate. I said I was in pain and he said I wasn't an emergency patient and that he had the house right. I have to come back on Friday, September 18th, 2020. Chances are I could lose both of my molars.
