A company will never survive with an employee who doesn't know how to smile at the customer and say welcome. Although they have no experience, they sell it dearly. Even when we and my friend heard the two employees talking to each other. and one said to the other; "Never be nice to the customer. Then we will be more valuable." Realizing that they wouldn't have a long career with this business philosophy, I canceled the order and left
