Ordered the second time today at the sawmill, the first time all pizzas were burned, today a burger was delivered completely wrong, the salad in no way justifies the price and all the dishes were cold

I ordered something to eat a few days ago. The food arrived after an hour. Very long wait for food which is mediocre.

First the positive things: So basically I like to come! Great ambience! Enjoy your meal! Unfortunately, that's about it: / You wait forever for your food. And since the staff (changed?) Are the waiters unfriendly too! Just turn around and go? You should also get a door for the kitchen! In your interest! What you get there for insights is unpleasant ... So I'm still very skeptical of what to think of the restaurant. And the fact that there are no cocktails will probably lure me back to Klagenfurt in the future 🤷🏻‍♀️😅

Love it but ... The service is 80% horrific, think it's such a shame because I was really looking forward to a kit shop when it opened with us. In the beginning I was more tolerant as the team is new and still has to find its way around. Since a little time has passed, I can no longer ignore the shortcomings of the very poorly, or not at all, trained staff (with a few exceptions). I give the food 5 stars, it's delicious and the restaurant itself is very nice. But I really can't go into the restaurant for a while as long as the staff doesn't even understand the basic knowledge of a waitress. Everyone is friendly, but unfortunately that's not enough. For dinner, cutlery is only given on request. Empty glasses and a full ashtray are only cleared away the second time and only on request. Tables are not wiped. Operation is slow, forgets a lot and is inattentive. They themselves do not know about the WiFi password for guests. There are apparently too few spoons, as on two visits we only received it after we had finished eating, as they were in the sink. They apparently don't even know that a pastry is part of the egg dish and I'm tired of having to draw the waiters' attention to every little thing that goes without saying, my patience is over, although my heart is bleeding, with a halfway training of the staff it would be mine Regular place and I would like to give 10 stars, as long as this is not changed I can only give 0 stars for the service, what a shame, I'll be back in a few months and hope to be able to change the review. The kitchen is just as slow, although it wasn't busy. In addition, there is no telephone number for the establishment where you can order take-away.

Very good food! The concept with the kits of the different dishes convinces me. I also think the fact that the restaurant has a pleasantly designed ambience and a connection to the neighboring stadium pool is great.
