I snapped my derailleur on a bike packing trip. Needed it fixed ASAP to continue that day and the staff we extremely helpful and kind. They were busy but attended my bike straight away as they saw I was in a rush. Fixed it within 20 minutes, good fair price and I was on my way. Great shop - thank you team.

Amazing response to our bike predicament. We are touring on the Alpe Adria and had a problem with our bike, rang and they said come now, it was fixed within an hour and we were back on the road. Thanks
Friendly staff, good service
Very satisfied! I called - the boss personally promised me by phone that I can come by immediately to carry out the small repair on my racing bike. No sooner said than done, I stopped by and was helped very quickly. Feedback from my point of view: even if it is not always possible, friendliness was not a top priority for every employee, but I think constructive criticism always helps & as I said, it didn't bother me. Since most of them are extremely friendly, competent & what is most important to me: very customer-oriented!
Can highly recommend this company & look forward to your next visit!
