Absolutely unfriendly, not caring about its customers.
Had a nice guided tour called "3 hutten tour"
Unkompliziert, freundlich, zuvorkommend, flexibel und kompetent. Nur mal ein paar Eigenschaften, die auf das kleine, feine Team zutreffen.
Jede Fahrt nach Millstatt bedeutet für mich 1 Std. Fahrzeit und berücksichtigt man die Tatsache, das man ein tolles Service und eine umfangreiche Erklärung (auch für mich als Laien) zu jedem Problem bekommt, ist es jede Fahrminute wert. Außerdem ist das Team sehr sympathisch, was für mich schlussendlich im Gesamtpaket ein "Fachgeschäft des Vertrauens" ausmacht.
I borrowed a mountain bike. Rad wasn't the newest shooter, but it was well maintained. You could take a newer one if you want, but it's not that important. Price is right, if you stay under 3 hours it will be cheaper. Processing is very uncomplicated and quick. Everything fits!
Everything the bike heart needs. Great all-round package! Gladly again and can only be recommended.
