Dr. Kratzik is the best dentist I've ever had, and I've had my share of dental work done. She takes great care to make sure that her dental work precisely fits.

First appointment was canceled at short notice. Assistants do not share what is being done. The wisdom teeth were X-rayed and you have to take something in the mouth without explanation or similar. This feeling was not pleasant, comment from the assistant: Has worked well before. Err, sorry, it just hurts, you just have to change position. The dentist does not take patients seriously, sets her own priorities, makes fun of asking what exactly has to be done there, or what that means, because one has never had that before, even though one says that one is terribly afraid of injecting etc. has. As she said, you know that as a sociology student. For people who want a sensitive dentist, definitely not recommended. Very incompetent!

I have been a patient of Dr. med. Kratzik, she also scared me of the dentist and I am always satisfied with her work and with her assistants.
