The whole staff speaks English from my experience and they could not have made the stay better. From the room, to the food, and the hospitality this Hotel is amazing! They make you feel right at home. Will stay there every time I come to Ramsau

We felt very welcome as a family. The food was regional, innovative and very tasty. The service staff was always friendly and courteous, there was a very benevolent, family atmosphere. The advice for demanding via ferratas as well as the "disability program" was optimally adapted to the respective needs. Pool, saunas and wellness offers rounded off a perfect stay. We would love to come back.
