Rude and impolite, not usefull at all. Got the email saying that my parcel was ready to pick up, went 24h after received this email and they said it wasn’t available. They showed laziness and threatened me in a bad manner. Send your parcel to a PO Box if you won’t be at home.

For a tiny little space, and in these challenging covid times, the staff here go beyond the call. It has that local feel. Extra shout out to S for being so friendly and accommodating.

This post office is tiny and incorporated with the chemist. The staff is rude especially the chemist staff, when a non post staff is available. All staff in post office are extremely rude. Those people shouldn't be on customer service front line, especially in the situation we are in at the moment.
