From the get go I was impressed by Joseph’s enthusiasm and knowledge. He was chilled but very professional which made me feel comfortable and confident he was the guy to restore my Guild Songbird.nnResult? Very happy man! The playing action is amazing, better than ever! The inlay trim repair was fantastic as well, especially considering how much of it had separated from the body and shrunk.nnNegatives? None, besides the fact I couldn’t chat more to him in person as we are in Covid lockdown.nnPrices? Very reasonable!! I suspect I may have got mates rates as a friend of mine who is a guitar collector and uses him often put us in touch.

Took a Fender acoustic to Joseph which had a broken neck and the truss rod was sticking out of a big crack.nnI took it to Joseph to really donate it to him as a practice guitar for his student luthiers. But when I got there, Joseph said that it could be fixed.nnIt took about 3 weeks, but I'm super glad that I went to Joseph. I have been playing the guitar for about a month now. The crack has been fixed, its hardly visible. But most of all, the guitar plays so well! It's just perfect. It's amazing that you can get an action this low with an .11 gauge.nnI will highly recommend Joseph to anyone looking to get their guitars built. He is extremely knowledgeable, authentic and a true craftsman!

After 2 years of visiting to a lot of repairers and luthier. I was so relieved to have my bass repaired.nnJoseph is an amazing guy who took a great time and effort to understand my needs and the SOUND I was after.nnHe setup my fretless according to my playing style and the finger pressure. I mean his attention to detail is exceptional.nnFinally my Bass could sing after 2 years :)nnCan’t recommend him enough for any of your string instrument related query.nnProfessional service and reasonably priced.nnP.S.
