Words cannot express what I feel about this company.nI have been insured with this company for many years. Much longer with our Vehicles than with our Home and contents. Albeit we have had our home and contents insured with them for 18years. Vehicles in excess of 30years, used to be Western Underwriters.nWe, as in my wife and I, have not had many claims, but what claims we have had are acted upon without massive enquiries.nI have a very reasonable excess, which I will not disclose, but we or I am extremely happy with. And you don't wait very long for a customer service personnel to answer the phone. Who are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Good on Ya QBE keep it up.n.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am leaving after being with them for over 20 years.nThey have gone completely down hill. They can't even get the fortnightly direct debits right from one month to the next.

Avoid QBE like the diseased plague . Staff can't manage to go a single whole phone call without being prejudiced, arrogant and dishonest.nnHow about some professional development to get, at least, a tiny bit professionalism from your staff Mr MacMillan.nnI have to now subpoena the documents I asked for and was refused.

Stay away from this company at all costs. They are the worst insurance company in Australia. I have never experienced anything like this. My car sat at the tow yard for 2 months because they were too incompetent to pay the towing company. I had to get it out myself. They did not following through, they do not call you, they do nothing. The service people you talk to are in the Philippines and do not even know what is going on. It is very disappointing. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them. You will be saving yourself a lot of hassle.

Long wait times, poor customer service. Would not recommend, will look into switching providers.
