Only good to use as a 3 star hotel with uncomfortable single beds and pretty average food. The more the surgeons charge the less they contribute. Should be that they contribute exactly the same whatever the surgeons charge. They’re contributing $380 to a daunting long surgery requiring a robot.

Great phone manner, answer phone quickly, always speak to someone who speaks English and has no problem understanding.nAlways been happy with HBF and never had any issues claiming or them covering hospital fees, specialists etc. Thank you HBF

Undoubtedly, 1/5 star. I had to make a claim for my rental property and it was a pretty ordinary experience, rental arrears - tenant vacated, a situation which I was clearly insured for. HBF only rectified after AFCA intervention (claim submitted 5 Feb with HBF and AFCA complaint submitted 4 Mar).nnLandlord and motor insurance policies cancelled. We will be switching our HBF health policy over once gap-saver is exhausted. The worst insurer I’ve had to deal with.
