Came here to have a look at digital pianos and realised what I really wanted was an acoustic. Dan and Alf were super friendly & helpful and are both very obviously knowledgeable about their pianos. They answered my many queries happily and I felt no pressure to buy at any point. Super thrilled with the piano I ended up choosing based on their recommendations and very happy with the price. The delivery guy Rob was also great. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Received incredibly good customer service here from both Alan Payne (first visit) in helping me choose a piano that fit my needs and Daniel Firkin (second visit) when I came back to purchase. Both very courteous and knowledgeable and my favourite thing? No hard sell at all. Just answering my questions and helping me understand. And the prices were very reasonable - the piano was actually just as cheap as I could find anywhere online (no markup to SRP at all). Would strongly recommend this place for its highly professional staff.

Whilst looking at the website researching which piano I could buy, I had the opportunity to chat to a person called Brian via the chat function on the website. Although I don’t think he was in Perth, he was able to tell me what was in stock, and make some suggestions about my options. Consequently, I went to the Perth store knowing what my options were, was assisted quickly, and 30 minutes later, having been shown a few possibilities, I’d chosen a piano, paid for it, and it was in our vehicle ready to bring home. Friendly and professional service. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but it’s nice to leave a store feeling like a valued customer. Thank you. Customer parking at the rear of the store is a bonus.
