Very poor service, sent them pdf to print, never contacted me, they never answer the phone. Never told me the order was filled.nNot recommending them at all.
Easier to get a hold of Centrelink than this store. I'm sure they're not terrible in-store, but the lack of phone answering makes everything feel so much harder and more frustrating than it should be.
They never answer the phone. Why do they even have one. Just waste people’s time.
Granted I get annoyed easily, but the last few times I have gone to Officeworks Morley I've found the checkout/paying process to be overly annoying as it takes way longer than it should. Otherwise it's just another Officeworks store, stocked to the gills with stationary and office goods.
A great place to get your office and tech needs. It's difficult to leave here empty handed.
