Grant won’t listen to my reviews. Yes they are negative but he just keeps saying “thank you for the review”. This childish behaviour is not what we should be seeing from a business owner. Especially when I’m giving useful feedback.

Absolutely Appalling Customer service!!nnI’ve never done a review but this service definitely deserves one!nnI went into grants car stereo after some help to install my sub, I knew what I needed and asked for some info, Grant served me himself and half way through dealing with him I felt something wasn’t right he seemed to be questioning me on certain things only professionals in the industry would understand, looking back on it now it was like he was getting a gauge on how much I knew and how much he could rip me off, he then came out to my car having a look at what I needed and said he would make me up a kit (I only needed 1.5 metres of power cable and 2 RCA leads). Grant then came back with the cable I needed and RCA leads telling me they were off cuts so it worked out well, he then went to the till not scanning any barcodes and wrote up a receipt charging me $120 I paid and left the store. After leaving the store i realised he had over charged me, I then looked at the receipt and he had just listed the items and a total amount saying cash $120, I went back into the store and asked for a refund and got a response of “sorry we don’t do refunds” I questioned him in shock, he then told me that he had cut the cable and couldn’t use it which he stated were off cuts, after some conversation he then agreed to a refund on condition he took 25% I ended up taking the refund of $100 and he took everything back I asked him if I could keep the wire if he cannot use it anymore and he said “no be happy with your refund or I’ll give you it all back and you pay me that $100” I then said no I definitely won’t be doing that or coming back to this store again his reply was “good I hope you never come back”.nnI went to Alberts car stereo in Osborne park the following day and they sorted everything for me with great customer service at the cost of $60
