I visited this morning for a blood test and it was very straightforward. I collected my number, rang the bell and waited. The Clinipath staff, Lauren called me in immediately. She was very polite and professional. She crossed check my details & enquired how long I have been fasting for to ensure I was within the acceptable timeframe prior to collecting my samples. She enquired about my well-being and plans for the day and jokingly asked if I was hungry. The blood sample collection went smoothly. Lauren was a very nice lady. The centre was tidy & hand sanitizers available for customers use.

I just had to wait 35mins after fasting for 24 hours. After calling thief generic number I was told that the staff member is sick and no one will be at the clinic. This is so unprofessional and there were so many other patients waiting along with me. Very disappointed that the reception wasn’t informed either. Now I am again waiting in the next clinic without any water or food consumed since 7pm and it’s 9:52 now

It’s in the Brookland Medical Centre. Clinipath should fix the position on Google Maps and invest in signage
