Terrible service from the moment you walked into this medical centre. From the receptionist to the doctor. Did not feel welcome, standoff personality, over all just terrible, will not be coming back. You might be a bulk bill clinic but that does not entitle you to treat you patients with disrespect. Can not agree more with the below review regarding Dr John!

Love Kelso medical in KARDINYA Dr Michael Watson is a godsend, Mathilda is an Angel and Caroline and Sue have the patience of saints on reception.

Very terrible experience, I had a couple appointments with the female doctor call Dr John, she was late to workplace without any apology even very bad attitude for the patient. The second time is was my child feeling very sick, vomiting, I can’t believe that the appointment late one hour then what the appointment is. Is it every terrible doctor I have every seen.

Kelso Medical Group has been my regular doctors practice growing up, and I've been consistently happy with experiences there over the past few years.nnThe staff and the nurses are lovely, particularly Matilda is an absolute delight. Dr. Watson is the best doctor I've seen in my lifetime hands down, he is super caring and easy to approach. Having seen Dr Ellingworth, she is also very nice and seems very knowledgeable.

Dr Watson has been a huge help in both a diagnostic sense as well as in referring me to appropriate specialists etc... Great to be treated like a human being not just a number..
