We found Hetherington's to be very helpful, respectful, caring and committed. Martin was there for the entire journey, explained things well and made choices easy. He involved all family members and ensured that our elderly Mother had a say and was listened to. Thank you for making a difficult task bearable.

We have used Hetheringtons twice now for family members funerals. Martin is a very caring, helpful and compassionate person. He makes the whole heartbreaking process very easy to deal with and his communication is impeccable. Hetheringtons help out with as much or little as you want them to which leaves peace of mind that you can afford to farewell loved one's at a cost that suits you.

We have unfortunately used their services twice in the past year. Their service has been nothing short of professional and caring. They go over and above the requirement and Martin and Rayanne were wonderful. I can not recommend this business highly enough and their pricing is very competitive. Thank you for being so caring

Where to start with this review?nEric and his team are without a doubt so incredibly kind and empathetic. From the moment I spoke to Eric he provided so much comfort and sincere concern for our family. The compassion and respect they gave our mum when they collected her from home was so dignified and I was so impressed how they just kept asking if we were okay and when we were ready for mum to leave the house.nUnfortunately I have had to arrange three funerals and my dealings with other companies has not been as smooth or as compassionate as it was Hetheringtons!nWhen Eric came out to my home and sat with the family, he was able to guide us through the process and took his time with us, there was no other appointment that was more pressing, instead he gave us all the time we needed and was incredibly flexible with last minute changes that we asked for without even raising an eyebrow.nThe service was streamed for family on the East Coast of Australia and Overseas, I have been inundated with messages, phone calls to express just how wonderful Eric and Hetheringtons were.nDuring especially emotional times, it's of great comfort to know that there is a funeral home that is not looking to inflate prices or pull on emotional heart strings (where I have been taken advantage of previously). Mums funeral was beautiful, from the booklets to the flowers to everything!! We are incredibly grateful to have found such a reputable service to deal with. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has lost a loved one.
