The nurse was friendly and efficient. Took blood painlessly without any fuss. Fast turnaround of patients so not a long wait. I was very impressed. I have blood tests there every 6 months and have always had great service and a good experience.

Avoid the lady with the hijab. Very rude manners, minimal talking, no greetings, gave you the paperwork and pen and then only point where to sign without talking. Poor blood drawing technique, stick the needle in and then lift it up, as if she's trying to break your vein and skin. didn't ask to apply pressure after drawing blood. As a result, bad bruises, swollen and a bit of pain.

Am satisfied with the service I get from here. I prefer going to ACL Langford because its closer to my home and also because of their services. Normally a waiting will be there, if you are going for fasting blood test.

Attendent is soooo rude.nDoes not care of needle pain. She should be butcher.nI live next street but will never come here again.

I have been to this pathologist many times. the last time I went, this very welcoming lady helped me out so much and made sure that Im okay throughout the whole process. but every other time, especially today I had a very bad experience with one staff (she looks like of an Indian-descent), that I felt very compelled to leave a review. She took a blood test and did it so horrible and painful my arm is now very bruised. Honestly so disappointing to see medical staff being in the field and looking like they dont care about the patients they serve and that they are just in for the job but dont want to do the work. If you can avoid it, try not to get your tests here.
