Schoen Podiatry

Called to make a booking, got through to a reception who booked me right away and gave me the location. When I arrived and walked in, the receptionist ignored me while on a private phone call. I walked out and called in again on the same number, she answered. While talking with her I walked in so I knew it was her. When asking about the podiatry, she said they don't have that in the center. When asked why she booked me and gave me wrong information, she said she got confused. Very disappointed. They used to have a very good Singaporean lady who had the best receptionist skills ever. Why they would replace her with a young kid without the basic knowledge about business beats me. But today's society is much about replacing good old with new even if making losses. Good luck to this business in the way they are going. Disappointed !!!
