Very nice staff!A women named Jo explained everything in a very understandable and great way!She deserves a promotion.We were struggling because It was my sons first time with glasses,she explained in a very nice way.Hang on to her!

I got eye poke bad in the eye at the gym , went there. One very nice lady helped me get a scan despite that I didn't have appointment.nThank you very much.

I had a lovely experience at SpecSavers Maddington. It was my first time needing to purchase glasses as I’m getting old and my eyesight is not what it used to be. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. From the optometrist to the young lady I saw before the optometrist who tested my eyes also to the ladies working out the front. I actually had a good time choosing my glasses as the 2 lovely ladies working there and myself had lots of laughs. It was very busy but the staff handled it well. Everyone was fantastic and I highly recommend SpecSavers Maddington.

I am customer of seven years. Two years ago they did not order two pairs and I lost out on my health fund rebate, The owner served me and than tried to make excuses. I forgave them and went there again to find the service atrocious. They convinced me to take the cheapest glasses and the optician told me that they would do the final test on my eyes when picking up glasses. The young man tried to convince me to do a different test. I explained that I had brought my wife to drive me home as the required test dilates my pupils and I would be unable to drive home. After realising their mistake i was told that they were too busy and I need an appointment. In seven years I have been there, I have never seen the same optician as they don't last in this place. I have advised them I will not be returning to them.

I can honestly say I have never ever had an issue with this place. They go above and beyond every single time, providing nothing short of the best customer service, great value for money with efficiency on the next level. In the last 6 months alone, I have broken glasses which they fixed in about 5 minutes, and just this week, I called advising I had lost my reading glasses, here I am 4 days later with a text from Spec Savers saying that my glasses had arrived.nI cant think of any other field in any other industry with whom I have dealt with, that can match these guys. Just brilliant..
