The staff member who drew my blood was the most inexperienced pathology professional I've ever dealt with in my life. My arm has bruised horribly after she seemed to be fishing for a vein AFTER inserting the needle into my arm. I'm so disappointed by this single visit that I will NEVER return to this location despite being so conveniently located where I visit the Walk-in GP of Claremont. I will also continue to share this experience with as many people as possible.
