Dr Briohny Smith

Dr. Briohny Smith and her staff are fabulous. Attentive, great attention to detail and efficient.

Unfortunately I am not one to write reviews but I’m really unhappy with the customer service and communication I have had with the clinic and briohny. I booked my appointment almost 6 weeks in advance and when the day came for my appointment I drove 40 minutes with my baby to see briohny. Only to be told they didn’t have my contact number to tell me she was not in the clinic that day. It is confirmed they did not have my number but they did have my email which Is how we were communicating prior. I was told I would recieve a phone call to have the appointment over the phone that day instead. Briohny called me at 11:40am in which I was driving and my son was crying and was told she would call me back in 30 mins. It’s now almost 3pm when I’m about to start work and i am not impressed. I have wasted a whole day waiting around to be spoken to and to have an appointment that should of been done this morning. I have also sat around waiting all day with my son when I could of been doing many more things. I’m really not impressed with the service provided. Really hope a phone call can change this review but at this point in time, I will never be recommending this clinic
