Specsavers Optometrists & Audiology - Success - Cockburn Gateway S/C

Thank you to Specsavers team for taking care of me so well. The receptionist and technician were very friendly. Annie (optometrist) and Nikita (consultant) has been very thorough and patient in the check up and helping me choosing the best contact lenses and glasses tailored to my needs. There was no rushed job despite the store being very busy. Excellent service :)

Sorry, organisation is poor. They make you wait for 10 min to see the optometrist then ask you to leave because they don’t have optometrist available! They are not understaffed at all because there are 3 girls standing at front desk chatting together and serving customers every now and then but mostly they have nothing to do! No one knows what’s happening there because they have to check everything with their supervisor first. Going there is not time efficient as appointments run 30 min late on average!!

The optometrist (Sharon, if I remember correctly) was fantastic throughout my eye test, answering any questions I had regarding my eye health and vision progression. She was very helpful and willing to assist and explain anything I was wondering about, which was really important to me as I had some concerns about my eye health. Matthew helped me pick my frames, and it was the best service I've received since I started buying my own glasses. He was helpful, explained what adjustments I could make to each frame I was looking at for optimal comfort and aesthetic, and even helped adjust my current pair to be more comfortable while I wait for the new ones to arrive. I've always had a good experience at this store, but today was a real stand out. I've tried other optometrists in the past but I always end up back here, because nowhere else matches the value and friendly service.

never had glasses in my life nor does anyone in my family so i was ridiculously nervous, luckily the staff there were genuinely nice and actually cared if my glasses fit me and through my tests everything was quick, easy and comfortable.nnthis is now my forever glasses place :) no regrets 10/10 would recommend
