SKG Radiology Cockburn

The incompetent receptionist stuffed my booking twice. I have a ruptured bicep and have been waiting for more than 3weeks to get an ultrasound. Today I gave up and rebooked elsewhere, if there are any complications for having the scan so late, I'm going to come down on SKG Cockburn like a ton of bricks legally.

Came here for two ultrasounds and the ladies on the front desk were lovely. Also my ultrasound technician was very thoughtful and kind.

Any experience starts at the reception and this was probably the rudest interaction I've had in a while. Hope you guys improve. I would not recommend.

The ladies at the reception were lovely disappointed in the girl that did my ultrasound on my shoulder. Would not do another part of my shoulder that I asked her to do 2x. She said no I will do what I always do. Cheers now I need to go back and have another one done
