Horrendous, if you have a choice at going elsewhere I would recommend doing so, rude staff with no consideration for patients waiting. If I could rate zero stars I would. 0/10 would recommend.

Whenever a doctor asks me to have blood tests I am filled with dread as I am a poor bleeder and not good veins due to chemo in the past. I went to two places with no luck. The nurse here was wonderful I didn't feel a thing and the blood was taken first time. I felt like I had won the lottery.

It would be so lovely if the ladies could stop talking about personal things and deal with the many people waiting so long
