Simplicity Funerals Kelmscott

Today we sadly attended our friends mother's funeral, held by Simplicity funerals Kelmscott. It was repeatedly requested that the funeral be recorded, yet at the end of the service we were informed it was not recorded. As you know funerals cannot be repeated, due to your incompetence we have forever lost this very precious last chapter of our friends beloved mother. This has impacted family and friends whom live overseas and were unable to attend, they lost their chance to pay their last respects.

We had our Mum's service at Simplicity Kelmscott last October and Dad's yesterday. With each of the funerals, the staff were professional, friendly and caring from start to finish. They were compassionate, considerate to our needs at such a difficult time, and were patient and caring. The services were of high quality for a very reasonable cost. We truly could not have asked for more. Many thanks to all, especially to Craig and Penny. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you!

Would not recommend. My father had a pre-paid funeral plan. They were really only interested in upselling us. We had the funeral at Mandurah which has horrid lighting. They stuffed up the photo's and audio even after they had paid someone to fix it the first time.

Craig and the team at Simplicity Funerals in Kelmscott could not have been more helpful with the few times that we have used them. Twice in one year for very close family members was a huge ask but each question, issue, problem, stressful situation and the overall pain and grief was handled with the utmost respect and care from each and every person at Simplicity. The team went above and beyond to make sure the funerals ran smoothly with very little stress. The care and attention to detail was very helpful and it felt like we were in good hands. We often refer people to Simplicity and each time they all have nothing but high praise for the service they receive. Thanks to Craig, Lynn and Erin and all at Simplicity for all of their help, understanding, tissues and cups of coffee in some hard and difficult times.
