Friendly staff, meal was cooked perfectly, best cut of steak, I've had in a pub, recommend you have a feed here.

Had a meal at the Bistro on Mother's Day. Rump steak was like old-boot-leather. Very average, but in all fairness, will give them another try.

Call me a weary traveller, but the chargrilled local rump with house made pepper sauce, served with fresh side salad and crisp chips hit the spot. Haute cuisine be damned, this was exactly what we needed.nThe ambiance was quiet the night we went being a Tuesday but that suited us just fine too. Simple decor overall, buy are plenty of cute little nooks in this pub to add a little bit of quaintness.
