For the first time yesterday myself and my wife visited your clinical lab. We met one of your staff members named Janet. She was absolutely marvellous in obtaining the blood sample. She is so kind, helpful and knew her job so well. Please look after staff members like Janet as they are a billion to one in this world. She is a true Godess. Australian Clinical Labs are so lucky to have her. I will definitely give full marks because of Janet. If we ever have to take a blood sample again we will even travel round the world to get her wonderful service. Every aspect of her such as good manners, good communicator, and provide one hundred percent care. Thank you Janet you are sent by God to serve humanity and you may even not know WHAT A WONDERFUL JOB YOU ARE DOING. We were so lucky to have you to serve us. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART.

Because the place was very comforting and professional and made you feel special. The care and concern in taking my blood was a rewarding experience in an otherwise overwhelming time in my life. They were absolutely amazing. Thank you to the staff your guys rock.

The lovely lady that attended to my needs was an excellent communicator, bright positive & realistic attitude Unfortunately I don’t recall her name (English accent I think) she displayed a very high level of skill, and from what I could tell from the waiting area the above was consistent over all patients observed in my short stay. Friendly and professional and good at getting blood first time when I’m normally difficult to get blood from!

I was welcomed professionally, but pleasant in the approach. Everyone had a smile, relaxed, and most importantly, the whole process was effortless and painless!
