unbelievable receptionist with appalling customer service. I have told her, got nose bleed for 45 mins non-stop, then she said its normal, not emergency. Simply do not care about their patients. Please just quit if you do not like your job /hate what you are doing. It is absolutely disgusting image you are creating for your practice. Still have not received a quote after 1week.

I was extremely short-sighted all my life. Dr Yuen removed my cataracts and I now have 20/20 vision.I will never need to have contact lens or glasses again. I am astonished by the change in my life. Pirouettes to dream of. Miseryguts who don't approve of his bedside manner won't be happy with his results either.

I went there for consultation and I got Dr Rob Wormald. He was a nice doctor and accomodating. And so with Erica.nnIve left my sleep test result and I requested that they keep it so i can just go back and pick it up. But checked my mailbox and I got it. Did not expect it at all.nnThank you Erica.

Went to Dr Yuen for a second opinion on my tonsil/sinus issues. Was extremely happy with how he handled my concerns, so I booked him for multiple surgical procedures to rectify them.nnExtremely happy with how it all went. Murdoch ENT staff were very flexible in organising it all. Very happy with Dr Yuen’s work.

After 3 years of consulting with my general GP for an ear infection, and countless rounds of oral antibiotics, I finally got a referral to see Dr.Acharya at Murdoch ENT. He was able to fix my problem after 1 appointment.nHe was very informative, gentle and caring. After my follow up appointment, he made sure I was advised on after care. A comfortable experience and I would recommend for anyone to visit him for ears!
