Cardiovascular Services - Joondalup

My GP referred me to this service for an Echo. I understood they bulk billed as does my GP and most other medical services I require from time to time.nnIt took 7 calls over more than a week before I was able to make an appointment. My call would go to an answering device / service or just go unanswered. On one occasion I got a text asking me to call them back, which I did, to the answering system. On another occasion, as I waited on the line, the call seemed to be answered, then dropped out.nnMy appointment was for Friday October 19th. All went well. The technician seemed competent and was very nice.nnAt no time did I see any doctor. Unanswered questions on the questionnaire I filled in were never queried. Maybe they weren't important.

Dr Dedic, the cardiac technician and administrative team were welcoming, professional and thorough. The service was delivered on-time and provided in a caring and considerate way. The environment was new and technology appeared up-to-date. Many thanks to all involved for making the experience easy, efficient and worry free.
