Dr Jay Natalwala

I am still so angry, I am posting this years after it happened. Hoping it will make me feel better and I can let it go.nMy normal Dr, Dr Chapple was unavailable for the embryo transfer. We had Jay instead. Jay got angry with me because I flinched in pain, when he put the spatula in. I have an involentry Spasm, this causes a lot of pain down there. He thought he knew better, did not bother to find out my medical history. He asked if my husband was a fifo worker (insinuating my husband was cheating on me & gave me an infection) said he would write a prescription for antibiotics to fix it.nI felt like crying, but I had to pull it together to get through this embrio transfer. This absolutly Stessed me on a day that I needed to be delt with gently. We deserve a better bedside manner than this!

We did 8 rounds of unsuccessful fertility treatment and found the Dr insensitive and uninterested. There was no personal experience and we were made to feel like just another number. Every appointment he was late, didn’t know who we were and would ask questions about what happened with our previous cycle and why it failed and read our file notes while he was in our company instead of being prepared with a new plan. This was a very stressful place and I would never go back. Lucky for us, we fell pregnant 2 years later naturally and have a beautiful 16 month old son.

We find him most irresponsible doctor .We went to him for IVF .He seemed very smart and impressive in talking .But during IVF procedure ,we identified him as careless doctor .During Embryo put back , there was no doctor .My wife was waiting outdoor with full bladder for 30 mins .He also failed to take out all eggs from ovary .Then he undertook a laparoscopy surgery as he guessed right ovary was suck behind uterus .He discovered endometriosis .But he did not remove the endometriosis .After surgery ,he did not meet with us .He asked us to take an appointment on 1st week of January 2016 .When we called the clinic for his appointment ,he was on holiday !
