Candlewood Medical Centre

The receptionist was rude.The doctor was rude and not interested. She blamed the medical issue on my personal hygiene. Made me question why i pay this ignorant person through my medicare. I have been a nurse for 30 yrs and have never met a so called professional like her.It was a female doctor.

I personally have worked in quite a few medical centres in WA as a registered nurse. I have found this centre to be very caring and spot on with medical needs. I would recommend this centre above all the others that I have worked in for these reasons.

Went to pathology yesterday Lizzie went above and beyond to be accomadating. I have difficult veins becuase of chronic illness. She did it on one go I could not think more highly of her from a preferrsional point of view and her help and kindness was much appreicated to myself anf my daughter. I wont be going anywhere else for my bloods!

Have been going there for a couple years for skin checks and treatment. Always found staff and doctors very courteous and professional.

The receptionist has the worst customer service ever. Such rude and arrogant. Every non-white face means inconvenience to her. She doesn’t deserve even 1 star.
