The phlebotomist was very pleasant, caring and efficient. I am very difficult to collect blood and had to return later in the day. She advised me to eat and drink something and use a heat pack. The tests my doctor ordered were not very common so she took the time to contact someone to make sure she was doing it correctly. She is always an excellent phlebotomist and I feel very confident.

Absolutely appalling service. Waited approx 1 hour just to get blood test done when I was next in line. You are better off going somewhere else more organised for simple blood tests. Taking blood and putting blood labels on tubes takes 10-15mins especially if you have to spin any in a centrifuge. Was the phlebotomist on a break? Who knows. Unprofessional.
