Recently had a complex issue with the Virgin and Qantas credits I had and wanted to use them toward my new booking. called flight centre and was lucky enough to be answere by Yeter from this branch. On time , professional and very friendly service. Will call these guys directly whenever I need a travel arrangement.nstrongly recommended

Very disappointed! I made an online booking in October but due tonCOVID -19 couldn't fly to Germany in April. Holding a credit of $ 5481;00 I re - booked on the 6th of May and had to pay another $ 1363.14nBut on 6th of May on Flight Centres Website the very same flight was offered for $ 6350.00! I lost more than $ 500.00 for leaving my money as credit for future use! And the invoice I got was not even itemized! From me zero stars for Flight Centre online! In the past I booked many flights at the office in Murray Bridge and was always satisfied, so for them five stars! They lost two loyal customers now!

I had the pleasure of dealing with travel consultant Nick Bowman a month ago whilst trying to arrange a family trip to the Sunshine Coast.nnHe was professional, prompt, and easy to deal with. It made my travel booking experience an absolute breeze and he took the stress out of travel. He did everything from flights to accomodation, to the car hire! The prices were great too.
