Penneshaw Penguin Centre

What a marvellous tour of the small penguin rookery in Penneshaw! Leo was a fabulous guide who provided an excellent commentary. Leo's easy sense of humour combined with his depth of knowledge about penguins, their life cycle and habitats ensured a wonderful night out under the stars looking at the Penneshaw rookery. We saw many more penguins than expected given the time of year - and learned even more about these endangered birds. Highly recommended!

Although we only saw one penguin, Leo the guide was really nice. He greeted each and everyone attending the tour and he was very knowledgeable. When we found a penguin he didn't want to stop at just finding the one he continued the tour and took us to find more. Leo went above and beyond for me abd my family, my daughter lost her beanie and he found it on the next and messaged to say he left it for us to pick up, its the small things that make a great experience. Highly recommend
