I would highly recommend Gardian Realty when purchasing a property. Nothing was ever too much trouble for our agent, Ryan. He promptly returned all phone calls, answered all emails, kept us up to date with all aspects of the purchase and even went to the trouble of finding out where the floor coverings in the home where purchased from the previous owner so we could continue the flooring throughout the house.
