I went to alpha cuts this morning looking like a walking dead reject / you know that one zombie that the other zombies won't walk with ud83dude22 I walk in to see that there were a few customers waiting before me an a young lady approached me immediately and greeted me a good morning and how could she help i explained that I wanted to have my head and beard shaved . She informed me that she was an apprentice hairdresser and if I liked she could seat me straight away an get to work . Well in no time the young lady was finished and I was back on the road . Great service and professional attitude . Next time I find myself back in mackay looking like a lost lunatic I will go back to Alpha cuts . ☆☆☆☆☆

Great customer service, friendly, did just as I asked. Will be going back.
Waited an hour and a half to get a hair cut to be told my hair was to dry and would damage the clippers thanks for the wait I really appreciated that. Maybe try having enough staff on unprofessional.
