I have never come across a more miserable bunch of people. They couldn’t and wouldn’t smile if you paid them. Shocking customer service. If you don’t like people, don’t work in a job where you need to provide a service!

Mostly friendly, but when the Passport photo facility was down, there was no apology and the friendliness went out the window. Perhaps she was just sick of affirming to people, that the Passport photo facility not operating meant they couldn't do other identity documents either - but it didn't need to be so curt

Now closed on a Saturday ??? It was bad enough having deal with the miserable staff that serviced the public at this branch, and now they're closed on the one day that people can make it there outside of work hours. First they shut all the bank branches in Kalamunda, and tell you to go to the Australia Post instead. Now they shut the local Au Post branch on Saturdays. The never ending quest of squeezing more corporate profit is becoming a real joke.

Beyond frustrating! If you have a business in Kalamunda Central make sure you don’t use your shop address as they are not going to deliver even if you have a mailbox! I discovered they were actually returning to sender. I had no clue . I have been investigating the case for 2 months and all I got as reply was denying I had a mailbox! They cannot be bothered walking up a street or reading the names on the mailboxes in the shopping centre! Absolutely shocking!!!

I have just a simple question that I need to ask someone (can PO Boxes receive international air satchels? i.e. DHL, FedEx etc.) but cannot contact the Kalamunda post office by phone. Only option is to call 131318. After suffering through the painful phone menu there was a 30 minute wait time to speak to a person - no thanks, I have a business to run. This is not a jibe at Kalamunda Post Office, but AusPost generally. Yet another entity that has gone down this route of woeful customer service.
