I just was spoken to so rudely by the lady Office Manager. While I filling out my shipping labels, my 1 year old was walking around, and yes, pulling some things off the shelves, but I picked up everything that he did. He is a baby. I was told, “If I didn’t want to watch my kid, I should just put him in a center.” I am absolutely horrified by that comment. He wasn’t making a mess, or disrupting anyone. I was getting what I needed to do done very quickly, while continuing to watch him. I did not let him make any messes without me immediately cleaning them up. I cannot understand why she was so upset by him walking around, let alone speaking to a customer like that. I will not be returning to this Post ever again. Shameful. Moms are just trying to do our best without being treated like that.

Allison is very lazy and inconsiderate. Yesterday, I accidentally dropped off a courier parcel with my Aus Post parcels. Rather than contact me using the details on any of the labels, send me an email via my My Post account or just hold onto it as I am in this post office 2-3 times a week, she decided to put it into the post box outside. This means that I have no way of retrieving it and it will be missing for weeks if it comes back to me at all. Her explanation was to shrug her shoulders and say I shouldn't have dropped it off there in the first place. I will be avoiding this post office in the future.

Hi, today I finished work and rushed to the post office to deliver the goods to my customers in the amount of 6 bags. I understand that I might arrive late and waste time writing the envelope face. It may waste your time, cause you to hurry and you give me. Just 3 Tacking numbers are missing 3 Tacking numbers. How do I tell my customers? So please keep the rest, I want to go back to get it tomorrow. Thank you

The man there has no personally he is very rude. The other staff very pleasant

It is always a pleasure to do business at this Post Office. The Team at High Wycombe go out of their way to be helpful and they are always friendly.
