My favorite hairdressers in Sydney hands down. I have been going here for over 10 years with the occasional diversion but I always come back. Like so many other people have mentioned the massage after the wash is fantastic.

Love that place, have been there for the past 10 years, after hair cut massage is brilliant, also miss the hot towel on your neck after hair wash, can I have it again?

I used to come here regularly but the hairdressers kept leaving. Now that's left is unprofessional and overpriced service. I used to be ok with the service being on the pricier end for what the quality you get because of good service but after this time I will never be back. The colour service is very bad, unlike my other hairdresser when they coloured my hair, it started to fade/turn orangey after 2 weeks.nnI had to change booking with them twice. One of the times they recorded the time incorrectly and said I was wrong. More than the question of who is right or wrong, their service was absolutely appalling as their staff came off as rude and unhelpful. I will never be back again and do not recommend anyone to try.nnThey really should learn some customer service rather than shifting blame onto the customer because that's not how you run a business.

Staffs are friendly and they definitely know how to cut your hair. Though one staff got mixed up with appointments that we book for. Had to wait 1 hour instead of the scheduled appointment. Initially they didn't want to have a wash and a cut. But as I waited for 1 hour for my cut they gave a wash and cut. They also gave me $10 off for the error in appointments booking.
