Hi guys,nI just want to give a big thank you to the 3 staff members who helped me today.nI came to the store almost in tears, after a horrible experience with the hairdresser, and especially one of them (short hair) took all the time in the world to try to help me and recommend what to do.nMy hair looks so much better and I can breathe nownThank you very much for your help and for taking care of your clients; and more than that for being emphatic when someone else is having a bad time.nGreat costumer service!

Customer Service was ZERO. No smile and she did not even say thank you after I purchased their product. I think this Cold Shop keeper does not know that her customers pay for her wage. Just bought Olaplex shampoo. Found what I wanted.nDescription of shop keeper: blonde hair colour and a bit chubby.nI should have spent my hard earning money somewhere else where they appreciate the customers.

Ok range, prices are a bit high - don’t bother putting your name down to call when a product comes in. They don’t even call to let you know so no idea why they wrote the product, my name and number in their book. I came in on my own accord when I noticed it was in stock on the website a week or so later and got told “we only hold it for 48hrs”. Ummm, how am I supposed to know it’s in if you don’t call me? Silly system and pointless.

Rye was super helpful in finding the right products for me. I wish customer service like hers was everywhere!

I Love this place for everything. Friendly and helpful staff andnEsky the hairdresser is the best. She knows hair and can do whatever you wish. I have always been super happy with her and my blow drys. I highly recommend Hairhouse for all your one stop shopping, needs.
