George is the absolute best. His cutting skills are amazing and his blow dries are the best I’ve ever had. He listens to what you want but also is able to guide you in what will look good. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

First cut left me feeling a bit iffy as I found the customer service only average. However, after my second visit this improved quite significantly. The stylists work is amazing too!

I have been a client of Joh Bailey in Bondi Junction for a couple of years now and have LOVED every colour and cut I have got there. I usually get a half head of foils, cut, condition and blow-dry and I always feel amazing when I step out of the salon, which is not the case for many other places I have been to! I have curly hair so it is often difficult to find a good hairdresser but these guys really know what they're doing and the colour of the foils is always so natural and perfectly blended. Thanks guys! Can't wait till next time :)

Not the best first experience. I walked into the shop and stood at reception while 2 girls continued their conversation not even acknowledging my presence even though I was CLEARLY there. The place was far from welcoming and average.

I have been coming over the years quite regularly for blow dries here but was booked in yesterday and very disappointed. I had an appointment at 11:15 am with a specific stylist. At 11:45 I had to ask if I was going to be looked after as had seen at least 3 other people come in and be looked after, one of which then was seated with the stylist I had booked. At 12 pm I was finally washed and sat in a chair and somebody else blow dried my hair. Credit due to the lady that did look after me but overall disappointed with the service and sadly within an hour of being home my hair had dropped significantly and I had to recurl with the GHD. I appreciate Saturdays are busy and on other occasions I've waited quietly and not complained but don't think appointments should be double/triple booked so that some people end up waiting in excess of 1.5hours for a 30 min appointment. And no apology of why the stylist I had booked didn't end up doing my hair.
