A wonderful experience and so much support and information was given throughout the entire procedure. I am beyond happy with the results. Dr. Ian Chan and his staff are so professional, warm and accommodating the entire way.

Had to wait a bit as he was running late before and after appointments. But at the end of the day he was good at what he does . I can now read with no glasses. Am bloody stoked thanks Mr chan appreciate your work.

Before my surgery i felt confident and in good hands. Surgey experience went nicely (cataracts) but aferwords, i had issues: the main one is cloudiness. Dr Chan said he could fix it for an additional cost. (which i could not afford)I could see better with the cataracts

Yes, i found him a bit arrogant as well. He seemed really peeved that I was getting a second opinion or at least that's the impression he left me with. No appointment to come back - probably a good hint for me there - Very nicely presented surgery though - pity about the doctor. !!!

Unprofessional and arrogant. Wrongly diagnosed and did not offer post op instructions. Operation felt rushed and he didn't mind that I was in pain.
