Dr Sallie diagnosed a hepatitis virus affecting alt gamagina abnormally high. Suggested drinking water virus as the cause. Blood transfusions from post partum hemorrhage 12 mths before a factor possibly. 4 years later a general surgeon took a liver biopsy stating it was aggravated at the same time as removing gall stones and gallbladder. After years of undiagnosed illness my gp tested for hla b27 after Sacroiliitis detected from an xray. Autoimmune disease finally diagnosed as a chronic illness 5 yrs later. Many specialists later now, delay to diagnosis made life very hard financially, emotionally, and physically. More thorough investigation can take years without the right tests being taken early on.
