Disappointed with the service. No finesse, no question how i comb hair (i said side quiff and she didn’t listen), looks like hairdresser was in rush. And no use of razors is a bit turn off. I asked Hairdresser to shorten the length further and she said she may charge for another full haircut if i asked her to change length twice. Seriously? Never in my life I experienced this.nWhen you finish haircut ask yourself are you happy with the cut, you’ll get the answer!

I was so skeptical when I first stepped into the Studio due to previous experiences I have had with my hair. I was greeted with beautiful and friendly smiles. I was so nervous when they started my Keratin treatment. After they were done with my hair, I was over the moon. Since then I have never looked back. Its been over two years when I was first introduced to Joyce and her team by my daughter in law and that has been the greatest thing ever for my hair.nYou guys are the best and its worth every penny spent in your Salon. Just a few weeks ago you guys made my sister so happy. She can't stop admiring her hair. Thank you so much :):):):)

In the beginning, I loved how welcoming and professional they were. My stylist advised me very well and did everything as per my likings. But after my haircut as I was reaching the door, I heard somebody giggling behind me. I turned back to check if I missed something. But then everybody was silent and one of the staffs smiled awkwardly at me. It was actually very unprofessional and childish how desperate they were to make fun of someone.nNo doubt that the staffs are well trained about their job. But please be aware that mocking behind a customer's or anyone's back is not acceptable.nI was happy about the service and I would love to give them 5stars but what happened in the end changed my overall experience.

Excellent keratin treatment, lasts for 6 months and would definitely recommend Hair by Tivo, they really care about hair and the customer!
