Bought a sub and paid for fitting. They blew the head unit of the car while doing it. Sourced a replacement (at my own cost) and went back to have it fitted again. Six months later it blew again. Took it to a proper audio shop and discovered that the wiring behind is twisted and taped and in some cases not taped at all which has shorted the entire system. What should have been a simple job has cost me thousands.
Amazing service at auto barn Auburn . We were assisted by the store manager Mr. Adit and he helped us with our head unit installation. Extraordinary service and assistance , reasonable price with good quality , we were well looked after . A massive thank you to the him and the team .
Had to drive from Macquarie Park to pick up this battery on special for half price. I've called to make sure they had it in stock, and the guy on the phone (Sunday afternoon) confirmed. Drove there for nothing, they didn't have. Bad service.
They know how to do the business, especially in this pandemic time. Their customer services is excellent that they attend to the customer as soon as you enters the door and they do their best to find the most suitable items or products you are looking for. Worst expereince with this store, i bought an aluminium ramp which after opening the wrapping realised its been damaged, when i went back to the store to swap it for another one upon exchangin it they treated me like a criminal and had all sorts of attitude i would give negative star if it was possible, never going here again
